Automated Inspection

We build automated inspection systems that integrate with production for in-process or end of line inspection. Our turn-key inspection solutions detect physical defects, cosmetic defects, or confirm dimensions, electrical parameters, physical parameters and more.

Common applications include looking for the presence or absence of a defect. For example, determining the presence and quality of a label on a part at production rates.  Quantifying objects within a region that vary from 10 feet to 2 mm all within a 4 second TAKT time. Inspecting features of a product where the color is uniform and contrast does not exist.  Frequently we are requested to inspect at various stages of production from in-production to end-of-line.

We employ current technologies in our systems to ensure we overcome the most challenging problems.  Because our systems are deployed and supported around the world in very harsh operating environments, we have learned how to design and manufacture machines that are rugged, dependable, and built to last.
