Power Tool Test system
G2 Technologies, Inc. recently completed a hand tool testing solution that is designed to test key quality parameters (torque output in both directions, internal air leaks, trigger force, sound patterns, thermal profile).
Connector Tester
This video demonstrates one of our test and measurements solutions for the automotive industry. We developed a unique, automated system using non-contact inspection technology to verify several parameters of a 60 pin header assembly.
Mattress Inspection System
An ABB robot was integrated into a mattress durability test system which created an new way to test mattresses. This system provides the customer with options to apply a unique test recipe for each product which allows the system to grow over time. In addition, the system incorporates a tool changer so several test functions can be performed on the mattress including various load test and three dimensional surface scanning.
String Pot Inspection System
The String Pot Test System is able to meet the demanding challenge of 0.0005” measurement accuracy across the full four feet of displacement.
Automated Resistor System
This automated resistor manufacturing and test system was developed to increase throughput and improve quality. The element (middle piece) is straightened and cut to length based on the recipe for the part. The element is indexed to the welding station. The leads are straightened and cut to length based on the recipe and are arc welded to the element. The assembled resistor is indexed to the final station where a four wire resistance measurement is taken and feedback to the upstream process to be used to adjust lengths within the operating window.
Tire Inspection System
End of line tire inspection system to confirm DOT codes.
NASCAR Inspection System
G2 Technologies developed this prototype inspection system to verify dimensions and parameters on race cars to ensure compliance.
Pin Inspection System
G2 Technologies developed this system in inspection the pins inside a connector to verify the correct height of each pin referenced to the bottom of the connector.
